Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I have a warrant in California. Two years ago, I moved to Ohio. I'm REALLY SCARED to ask for my benefits be returned to me since California says they do not want to extradite me. I am on a methadone treatment. They just raised the amount I pay, which was $8, now it is $168 due on September 1, 2009. What do I do? I'm sorry for all the problems, but have grown up as much as I can. Deeply sorry for my physical need of the methadone. What do I do, besides the big sin?

What exactly is the warrant for? Are you asking Ohio for your benefits?
