Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
warrant to discharge sent
son was picked up on 2 felony warrants. domestic violence and prior conviction and aggravated burglary. victim sent certified letter to court saying son did not touch her physically or steal anything. 3/4/09 docet says warrant to discharge,warrant to discharge prisoner. on3/6/09 warrant to discharge retrned. what does this mean?

sounds like they are letting him out...feel free to call me directly if you have more questions about this....we can go after the person who lied about him....there could also be a false arrest issue against the police....216.952.1990
