Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
warrant?
i am a witness in a patient V Dr. case... i also have a warrant for an unpaid ticket.. will the court find out? and if so what will they do?

In guessing, I would say they probably won't find out, especially since the case you are a witness in is a civil case, but that is only a guess. If they find out, they will probably take you into custody then set up a court date to handle the warrant (you will go brfore the judge who issued the warrant).
