weapons under disability in Oho
on a weapons under disability charge in Ohio if the prosecutor never tested the guns to be sure they work can you still be charged with it?

At best, that would be a defense. Which means that it would be the burden of the defendant to show they didn't work. I would have to review the case law and statute to determine if thet defense would be effective. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.
