Welfare
My ex husbent and I was convicted in 1985 of welfare fraud
we each spent 3 days in jail and 5 years probation, we were
to make restitution. which he did not do, can we go back to jail now, becouse restitution was not mad in 1990.

Yes. PArt of your sentence was the restitution and that it was to be paid in a specified time. There may be a warrant out for your arrest. Pay the $$ and then check with the court as to the status of your case.
