Wife stole a co workers notary stamp and forged a quitclaim deed
my wife stole a co workers notary stamp, then forged my name and everyone elses name on a quitclaim deed, and then notarized it with the co workers notary stamp and forged her co workers name, after that she removed my name from the deed and then morgaged the house for the fool amount and never payed a prtgage payment, i have a realistate lawyer that said i will get my house back free and clear, my question is will my wife face any type of charges for her actions? if so what kind? will she go to jail or prison?

Assuming that everything you wrote is completely accurate, your wife has committed the felony crimes of grand theft and forgery. She has also committed the crimes of falsification and false swearing (akin to perjury). These are very serious charges and, depending upon the County where they occurred and the attitude of the Court and prosecutor, could result in a prison sentence.
