Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
will i go to jail for growinf marjuna plants n backyard and 2 drying in garage and found 10dollars worth in house i was cited with 3 citations

Possibly but it depends on how many pounds of marijuana you had. What were you specifically cited for? Also, is this your first offense? Even if you get jail time it likely will not be a lot if there was only 10 dollars worth found.
