Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
A woman is raped and beaten by her husband or boyfriend in her home. He had never done anything before and there were no indicators that he would. She kills him during the beating in self defense. What will happen to her? Will she be arrested? If so, how long would a trial last?
