Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was wondering i had a handgun stolen from me and it was pawned.can i get the pawnshop owner for reiceveing stolen property since he didnt run the numbers before he bought it to see if it was stolen??

In Ohio, it is illegal to receive stolen property, and if you have knowledge of where the stolen property is located, you can call the police and report its location. They will likely investigate at the pawn shop and recover the weapon and return it to you if you can show that it is yours.
