Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I took the wrap for my ex, a receiving charge. As soon as we walked out of the detectives office and down the stairs to the door, I saw she had called a ride. I haven't heard from her since, didn't even see her as she moved out. I'm going to trial soon (can't afford a lawyer, representing myself), how do I make her take her share of the blame?
Please HELP

In Ohio, if you can't afford a lawyer, you should petition the court for either a public defender or court appointed counsel.
