Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was in a wreck and I was driving one of the cars and my passenger died. I was not drinking or on any drugs. I came over I blind hill and there was a dog in the road and I swerved to miss it and when I looked up there was a car about 30 feet from me and he hit us in the passenger door and I was thrown 25 feet from the car. Neither of us was wearing a seat belt. I'm worried about them charging me. What can they do?

the only thing you are likely to be charged with, if at all, would be for a failure to control.
