Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
has two many years past
in 96 i was arrested for shop lifting never went to court either timer there was only two. what i would like to know is is it on my record if so what excacly is on there.

First of all I will presume that you were arrested for petty theft. If you did not appear for your court appearance then a bench warrant was issued for your arrest. Therefore, if you were stopped for a speeding ticket, you could theoretically spend the night in jail. Good luck, you need to turn yourself in before , it gets worse.
