If ytou were falsely accused of a crime that you did not commit and you were fired from your job because an employee said they saw you do something and they are the only one no one esle saw this my word against another employee but the job fires me and the other employees stays. Later you find out that the false accuser has been fired for the same thing she lied on me about. This case is going to trail becuase they believed this girl over me but now she no longer works there and was the only one so she said who witnessed this alleged crime. What happens now. My lawyer is getting her records pulled to see if in deed she was fired and for what reason. Does the state still have a case?
1 Answer from Attorneys
It depends on what your attorney finds out about her. It could be exculpatory evidence and the state could dismiss the case.
You could then file a complaint against her for filing a false complaint.
