Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Ohio

Hello, I am an 18 year old male in Ohio considering dating a 15 year old female. There would be no sex involved, only kissing, hugging, and holding hands. would this violate any laws?

Sexual contact with any person under 16 is a crime no matter what circumstances. Touching/kissing all constitute sexual contact so you must wait. Don't get yourself classified for the rest of your life as a sex offender!!
