Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Ohio

Is this dicrimnation?

I was recently terminated from my employer and I was wonder if the coments that my manager made about my sexual orientaion were dicrimination. She was constant reasurring that my being gay was ok with her on at least a weekly basis and made a comment infrom of other employee's that she wanted to hire (for other availible postition) a straight male and said no offense to you though. So I was just wondering if this was dicrimnation and if I would have a case to take legal action about this. Thanks

Probably discrimination if you can prove that she made the decision based on that reason.
