Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Ohio
work place harrassment
I have been being harrassed by a co-worker at my place of employment,-she calls me critical cus words, threatens me, and pushes me but there is never a witness to prove any of the actions. I reported to the head of the company and he said there's nothing he can do without a witness so I've been putting up with her nonsense for over a week now and its just getting worse. The reason for my curiosity is because when there is Sexual Harrassment in the work place there aren't ever any witnesses and it gets proven. I'm really stuck and have no idea which way to turn I'm hoping you'll be able to help me. Thank you in advance for your time.

Re: work place harrassment
Technically you do not need a witness, but you need to write to your emplyer what has happened. (copy and save)
Then, see if you can get her on tape. That's tricky but necessary)
