Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

Application question...

I am about to transfer to a new college and on the transfer application they ask if I have broken any laws other than minor traffic offenses. I have broken the following three laws:

-08/29/2000 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

-03/19/2001 Minors Purchase (of alcohol)

-07/02/2001 D.U.I.

My Question is do I have to report these on my transfer application or any future job applications? If so how should I state them?

Each of those are convictions. If they ask if you've ever been convicted, yes, of those three.

If they ask about being arrested you have to tell them if you were arrested.
