I was charged with a DUI and taken to the police station to fill out paperwork, but the arresting officer never read me my rights. Is that grounds for the case to be dismissed if I contest it in court?

The failure to read your rights only affects the things that you say. Any admissions you made would be suppressed, but the officer doesn't need to use your words against you. His observations are still admissible. Call me directly if you want any more info. 216.952.1990
