Can a person who is 21 years of age or older be charged for contributing of alcohol to a person who is above the age of 18? Or can they get charged for anything?

The person 18 is not a minor. However, the 21 yr. old can be charged for buying the alcohol for the 18 yr. old. They would probably charge both parties. Edward Dicato
