Disclosing DUI
Do you have to disclose the fact that you got a DUI to your employer in the state of Ohio?

I am not aware of any law requiring an employee to tell his or her employer that the employee was convicted of DUI. However, the employer may have a rule that requires it. If you drive a company vehicle, the inurance carrier for the company may require it.
The question is really one of employment law, not DUI law. The answer depends on the contract of employment.
