drivers licsense question..
i got a suspension in az for not paying a fine for driving w/o insurance. It has been a few years and i can now afford to pay my fines and get legal to drive, will i be able to obtain a CDL in OH?
p.s. no dui, just most likely matched my subject.

You should have no problem getting your CDL once you have the AZ problem cleared up. Getting your record straight may take some time and there could be a short delay after the issues are resolved, but you should be OK. Feel free to call if you want more specifics.
