driving under suspention
a friend has a blower in his car from a dui conviction, he is having trouble with it. he wants me to let him drive my car so he doesnt have to mess around with it, can i get in trouble for letting him

Yes you can. Without knowing more, I would guess that your friend has a suspended license with limited privileges -- and the Court has ordered the interlock device as a condition of his driving. If you let him drive your car without the interlock device, you are allowing him to drive with a suspended license. This means that your insurance is not in effect, and you can lose your license for that. It also means that you have personal civil liability if he drinks, drives your car, and hurts someone.
The interlock is on his car for a reason. If the device is malfunctioning, the solution is to fix the device, not to ignore the Court order requiring the interlock device.
It appears that your friend is simply trying to avoid using the interlock device -- which makes me wonder whether he is drinking.
This is a very bad idea. I would strongly recommend against it.
