Drunk driver's passenger
If you are a passenger in a car with a drunk driver and the car is involved in an accident and you (the passenger) sustain an injury to your thumb that causes permanent damage, will you be awarded a compensation settlement from the insurance company for the injuries you sustained?

Probably. But I would suggest that you retain an attorney to assist you in dealing with the insurance company.
