I was arrested and took a breathalizer my results were .096 can I possible have my charge reduced to wreckless driving and get my driving privelages back?

It depends on the facts of the case, and the prosecutor. Some prosecutors will not reduce the charge if they have breathalizer results. It was probably unwise to take the breathalizer. I would suggest consulting with an attorney. Feel free to call our office if you are in the Columbus area.
