Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

DUI conviction YEARS ago

I was stupid one night way back in 1979 and was convicted of DUI. Back in those days, it was mandatory to spend 3 days in jail. I haven't been in any trouble since. Is this considered a felony in Ohio? I have a background check coming up and do not know if I should answer the question Yes or No. Thanks

If you were convicted of a simple DUI in California, that is a misdemeanor.
