Dui
My daughter has been arrested for dui it was her first offense. She has never been in trouble. So she plead guilty. And got 10 in jail along with 3 days in als and had to go to aa metting .and a fine .she did her aa meetings and jail and she going in sept for her three days. She had asked for driving previlages and they told her that she would have to pay $25.00 a week til she gets her license back .Is this fair. while in jail another inmate was in there for the same thing and got less time and didn't have to do everything she had to do. All we would like done is to get her driving previlages.

Re: Dui
That a lot for the first time. It must be a very tough jurisdiction or some extenuating circumstances.
