DUI and no license

my friend was arrested and charged with a dui and he doesn't have a license. how long will his jail time be? and how much will it be in fines?

I will need additional information before I can answer the question. Did your friend take the breathalyzer test? If so, what was the reading? Why doesn't your friend have a license? Is this his first dui? Was there an accident? Did he have insurance? He should talk directly to an attorney if he has not already done so. Three days in jail for first offense dui is mandatory, but it could be 180. No mandatory jail for no license, but again the judge can order 180 on that as well.
