In Ohio, you should contact an attorney to look at your case. There may be reasons why the result of the breath test you took, along with other evidence, can be supressed. If enough evidence gets suppressed, or looks like it might get suppressed, the prosecutor will often offer a deal that you can live with. But until an attorney files a discovery request under Crim. R. 16 and gets a look at the responses, you will never know how strong or weak the case against you is.
