Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

DUI 12 years ago in Ohio Need URGENT Help!

12 Years ago i got a dui and about a week later a driving under suspension, i never went to court on either one, we moved to florida and since that time alot has changed for me and i simply need to get my licence back, however these charges are still on my record as pending and i have warrants for them in Ohio.

I could not drink now even if i wanted to it would kill me , im disabled and over the next several years need 3 operations just to continue to live im on ssi and get 700 a month, thats it for income, i have a hole in my stomach, am a grandfather

i need to get this cleared up so i can legally get back and forth to the doctor, and id like to be able to pick up my granddaughters at school , my wife is also disabled and gets 1200 a month so with all our bills and home payment, car , food ect... our funds are limited

How can or where can i go about getting these charges dismissed, one is in Akron, ohio and another in Wooster ohio.

i got out on a bond back then but never appeared.

You need to retain counsel in the jurisdictions where the crimes happened. They may be able to deal with the matters without you having to appear. It is going to cost you, however.
