Re: expungement

YOu probably do have a warrant out for you in Ohio. I can check for you if you give me the name of the city where you were charged. This can be worked out and if you want to drive in Ohio will have to be resolved. Also, Ohio does participate in the program that notifies all states of license suspensions, etc so there is a good chance that most other states in the US have you on their computers.

Good Luck!

Courts sometimes allow an attorney to represent someone in abstentia, that is, you would not have to appear. You will have to do a 3 day alcohol awareness seminar somewhere. Did you sumbit to a breathalyzer?

Re: expungement

I could probably check for you. My office is in Canton, only a few blocks away from the BMV reinstatement office. Send me an email and we could go from there.
