Is information on the ticket grounds for dismissal?

Hello, i currentally recieved a OVI. I wanted to know if the location where i got pulled over is incorrect would that matter? i got actually pulled over on northbound 275. and my ticket states that i was pulled over west bound 28. i have the tow slip that was given to the tow truck driver of the location of my truck and it states 275 N/B. but my ticket states that i was pulled over on 28 w/b. would this matter in a court? thanks for your time, DAVE

They can rewrite the ticket, and ultimately they'd find a way....It becomes an issue of whether the officer can be believed, and judges most often believe their officers!! There may be other issues though so contact an atty.
