In ohio 2002 I was convicted of dui 13 years ago is it going to be used against me ? . And unfortunately I was just charge with another this week the officer waited for my boyfriend to come retrieve my car (20 minutes) took me directly to the hospital for blood test and the delivered me home should I hire a lawyer? Or take my punishment and thank god he didn't tow my car and impound it ?

In ohio the police can't use the previous conviction against you. You should hire a lawyer because there may be issues requiring suppression of the evidence.
