ovi,resisting arrest

If the cop was in the bar and followed out right behind us, is that legal? Also he wrote down wrong location on my ticket can this help me? Then he said he pulled me over for signal (which I used) and we said I used it he changed it to left of center, is that allowed? I have witnesses for all of the above....but i did blow .160....how much jail will i be looking at for 1st OVI in 6yrs plus resisting? I need help!

everything you cite goes against the officer's credibility. The resisting is a far more serious offense, so you better be represented. If you were only charged with the DUI i would predict the typical 3 day program only instead of jail. Feel free to contact me directly. 216.952.1990
