I have to go to court for underage drinking how would I want to plea?

Don't plead guilty or no contest....BECAUSE YOU WILL BE FOUND GUILTY...PLEAD NOT GUILTY - this will set up a pre-trial in a couple weeks so that you can discuss a plea bargain with the prosecutor - also, the court you are in may have a diversion program that will avoid the conviction...feel free to call me directly and i can guide you thru this....216.952.1990
