I plead no contest to a OVI in april, I compleated a drivers intervention program, 72 hours acording to my judgement papers, they recommended a further asesment. Am i required to do this?

In Ohio, Judges usually put on the Sentencing Entry that you must complete further assessment if the folks at the Drivers Intervention Program think it is warranted. Take a look at your sentencing Entry to see if that language is in there.
