i got pulled over for a DUI. i went to court and it got reduced to a failure to control and i paid my fines. they also said, during the court hearing, but it is listed nowhere on my paperwork that i had to attend a 3 day DUI weekend in 4 months time. i am on informal probation and do not have any more scheduled court days and like i said, the requirement to do this class was just verbally told me but not listed anywhere on anything from the courts. do i have to go? will they be checkign up on me? especially if i already paid my fines

I'm not sure what you mean by "informal probation". Usually it's either active or inactive probation. Get a copy of the Sentencing Journal Entry to see exactly what it says. If the weekend was part of your sentence and you do not do it, the probation department can notify the judge and he can issue a warrant for your arrest.
