Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

I just received a ticket for failure to reinstate and improper backing want know if it carries any jail time my last charge was 10yrs ago DUI did not get one on this will that still affect my new ticket

If it is at all possible get your license reinstated. The prosecutor will very likely amend the charge so that your license will not be lost again. Call me directly if you want more specific guidance. 216.952-1990.
