Reciprocity between Ohio & PA for DUI charges
My son received a DUI charge after blowing a .08 on a hand held in Ohio. He then later refused to take other tests. They took his PA license pending his court date. Are the reciprocity agreements between PA and Ohio if convicted?

There is reciprocity between Ohio and PA. The PA laws are more strict. Based on the test results, he is just at the legal limit (if he is 21 or older) and should get an attorney to fight the charges.
