reducing charges for new mother
The other night I got pulled over for not having a license plate on the front of the car (you are required to have one on both the front and back). The officer asked if I had been drinking. I told him that I did have a few drinks earlier. He asked me to step out of the car and to complete some sobriety tests. I did three different ones and then took a breathalizer. I blew a .106 . This is my first offence and I have never been arrested for anything else, ever. I am desperate to get my charges reduced because I have a 2 1/2 month old baby and 3 days gone is out of the question. How realistic is it to hope that my charges can be reduced?

The legal limit is .08 so blowing .106 is very close....close enough to ask for a reduction...there are other ways to avoid the 3 day mandatory part of the sentence as well...just find a lawyer, this is worth trying..call me directly if you want...216.952.1990
