Released without any citation
If pulled over due to swerving in lane, field sobriety test administered, breathalizer over the legal limit, taken into custody and then released into custody of a friend, without any physical citation...what can be done right now? Today is Thursday, Thanksgiving, and the court date is 'supposedly' set for Monday, but there is nothing given to show the date and time of this hearing.

If you have court Monday, its purpose is only to retrieve your car, and for you to plead not guilty. You can feel free to call me this weekend at my cell if you need help...216.952.1990
