If you get an underage OVI in Ohio, is it possible the court would allow you to serve your probation in Mississippi if that is where you are enrolled in college?

Sometimes a judge will not even give you probation. If you are given probation, you can sometimes get non-reporting probation. Even if you start out on reporting probation, after you make your first few appointments with your probation officer, you can often be shifted to non-reporting probation.
You should check with your probation officer on this question. Often they want to see those on probation succeed, and anything like college that enhances that possibility they are in favor of.
