Legal Question in Education Law in Ohio
I am a superintendent's secretary who is on a continuing contract. Can the board suddenly decide to remove my 2% annual increase that has been written into my contract since I received it as an elementary secretary in 2004?

In Ohio, it depends upon the wording of your contract. Without seeing your contract, it would be difficult to give you an answer.
