Legal Question in Education Law in Ohio
I`m upset with how the administrators at my son`s school discipline him,so I rented a huge billboard in the middle of town that says his school sucks.Is there a law against doing this?

Opinions are protected by the first amendment to the constitution. Just make sure you do not state as fact, something that is untrue. If you do, you can be sued for defamation.
