I am 50 yrs old. My parents are 77 and 85. They do not communicate their financial affairs with anyone. Do I have a right to be aware of their standing?

I would suggest that you talk to your parents about your concerns and make sure that they have talked to an attorney to get their estate plan in order.
Your parents have no legal obligation to share their finances with you.
