Legal Question in Elder Law in Ohio

My grandmother is under the guardianship of my aunt, her daughter. My grandma has recently been transferred to an assisted living and I am allpwed to go there but am forbidden to take her out. I have taken her out with the permission of my aunt but after returning my aunts phone call with an email she is forbidding I ever take her off the premmises again. This may not seem unreasonable, however, I was basically raised by my grandmother and lived with her three-quarters of my life and for two years was forbidden to visit her while she was living at my aunt's home. I no longer want to be limited when it comes to our relationship, if possible. I want to know if I have any legal standing to request a visitation hearing and if it would be likely to lean in my favor, i.e., I get a court ordered allowance to take her out for visits. There is no abuse or any other form of neglegence that would give them a legal right (other than guardianship) to withhold me from taking her out for private visits.

You might try writing a letter to the probate court where the guardianshp was approved and is on file.
