My grandmother is now in a nursing home. She appointed my uncle, her son, power of attorney. Several of us feel that he is not doing his duties correctly. My question is how do we change power of attorney?

If your grandmother is still competent she can revoke her power of attorney and name a new person.
If she is not capable of signing a new power of attorney, someone should apply to be named guardian. You will need to show that your uncle is not acting in your grandmother's best interest.
