greedy brother will
I am POA over my step dad and mother. My brother was upset over this and has been causing problems.
We all have the same mother and were all raised up together. Their wishes were to devide everything between all the children upon death.
He took my step father who is disabled to attorney and had a will made. Everthing was willed to The Kids she had by him. Should I take mom to have a will out?

Re: greedy brother will
Your mother should have a will. Your step father cannot cut your mom out of his estate so if he dies first she will be entitled to at least her distributive share.
