Guardianship (conservatorship)
If a person in one state has a conservatorship of their mom and she goes to another state to live with a different person, is the original conservatorship still legal in the second state with matters concerning the mom.

Frankly, it all depends upon the particular state's law where the person has redlocated to. In general, the answer is probably not, as these things are governed by state law.
