Guardianship
My dad is in the hospital and they think he has alzheimer or something. What is my responsibility if i get guardianship over him? Will i have to pay for his nursing home stay? Do i need to get a lawyer or can i trust the hospital social worker on this? Can i end up having to pay his med. expenses and stuff?
