guardianship over marriage?/
My mother is 85 her boyfriend the same. Ohio. Lived together at least 7 years. He has had a stroke and daughters plan to get guardianship. If they marry, he is in nursing home recovering from broken back, will the marriage over ride a guardianship that has not been established yet?

Not necessarily. Your mother's age, ability to care, and length of their marriage would come into consideration.
